Velora L’Atelier (“we”, “us”) plans weddings, celebrations and corporate events. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, book a consultation, respond to one of our ads, or subscribe to our newsletter, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Event details: event type, date, estimated guest count, budget range, services you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your vision.
- Consultation details: the date, time and format of any consultation you book, and any notes you add.
- Ad information: if you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta passes us the answers you submit and the name of the ad and form you used.
We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms or by contacting us directly.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send you a link to book a consultation.
- To confirm consultations and send you a reminder beforehand.
- To prepare proposals and plan your event if you become a client.
- To send our newsletter, only if you signed up for it. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Google, which provides our business email.
- n8n, which hosts our forms and the automation that stores inquiries and sends emails.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit one of our lead forms on their platforms. Meta’s own privacy policy applies to your use of their services.
If you become a client, we may share relevant event details with venues and vendors you approve. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and consultation information for as long as it is useful for planning your event or following up, and client records for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to plan your event. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
